1. All tours must be booked. reservations are accepted until just before the event, but the number of reservations is limited to vehicles and driver guides, so reservations are on a first-come, first-served basis, and reservations will be closed if capacity is reached.
2. As a flow after booking, we will send you a reservation confirmation after the arrangement is completed at the request of the customer. it will be an official contract when we receive a reply email stating that you have confirmed it.
3. In principle, if the number of participants is not reached for each course, it will be placed on the waiting list and will be officially booked as soon as the number of participants gathers. in addition, if the minimum number of people is not reached and the tour itself is canceled, there will be no cancellation fee.
4. Some tours are not available depending on the season or day of the week. to be precise, please refer to the "date“ section of each tour.
5. The time indicated is approximate from the tour departure to the end. it varies depending on the number of hotels you stop at and the area. as a general rule, we will pick you up at the hotel where you are staying and drop you off at the hotel on the way back.
6. Extra rates may be added for transfers from and from downtown and Hollywood areas as well as from outside the hotel. please note that we will proceed while confirming when accepting applications.
7. The driver in charge will collect the tour fee on the day, but in the case of a tour with restrictions on cancellation (specified each time), payment must be made by credit card guarantee (guarantee) or transfer to a Japanese bank. in that case, we will contact you to that effect at the time of receiving the reservation.
8. CASH, VISA, JCB, AMEX AND MASTERCARD WILL BE ACCEPTED FOR PAYMENT ON THE DAY OF THE TOUR. IF YOU USE A CREDIT CARD, IT WILL BE THE SAME AMOUNT AS YOU PAY WITH CASH. HOWEVER, FOR SOME SUBCONTRACTED TOURS, YOU MAY BE CHARGED A KUGIT CARD FEE WITH YOUR CONSENT IN ADVANCE.
9. Child rate in U.S. dollars. we usually treat children between the ages of 3 and 11, but if the definition varies depending on the institution, it depends on the definition of the facility.
10. Please note that the travel fee for guests with accommodation is calculated based on the assumption that one room per person will be used per person, but guests who wish to stay in one room per night will be charged the applicable rate per night (depending on the accommodation). in any case, we will write such a request at the booking stage and we will inform you of the additional fee based on that request.
11. There will be no refunds for items partially rejected or rejected by the customer included in the tour price. however, if you have an annual pass or have already purchased an admission ticket on a different route at a theme park, etc., and you do not need an admission ticket, we will discount the price prescribed by us.
12. The tour fee may be revised without notice due to an increase in the admission fee of the facility, etc., but it does not affect the tour fee held after signing a contract with the customer.
13. Scheduled sightseeing tours (optional tours) include transportation (including gasoline, etc.), Japanese driver-guide fees, and taxes (driver-guide tip not included). everything else is specified each time.
